 Fleck

Fleck offers an exceptionally wide range of high quality competitively priced valves for water treatment applications to meet your specific needs. The heart of Fleck controls reputation for exceptional quality and performance is its time-tested hydraulically balanced piston, seal and spacer concept to efficiently pilot service flow and regeneration. The only internal moving part is the Teflon coated piston. Most Fleck valves can be supplied for hot water applications, maximum temperatures are from 65oC to 82oC.

Options available for the Fleck range of valves include 7 to 12 day timers, Eco volumetric and electronic microprocessor timers. Remote meter options are available for most valves and utilise the exceptionally simple and sound mechanical meter that accurately monitor the soft water flow. Fleck offer a full line up of precision flow controllers ranging from 0.48 lpm to 25m3/hr controlling the flow to brine tanks, backwash and rinse. These can be nickel plated along with the valves and meters to give the bronze and brass long lasting protection against corrosion. Other options include by-pass or no by-pass (NBP) pistons, bypass and mixing valves and personalisation if required.

Siata

All SIATA multiport valves are manufactured from glass reinforced ABS with polypropylene pistons and NBR seals giving them excellent durability and chemical resistance.

SIATA have a full range of timers and specific electronic controllers to operate all of the valves in simplex, duplex and triplex, and time and volume modes for a range of processes including filtration, base exchange, demineralisation and dealkalisation.

The versatility of the valves means that they can be used in co-current, counter-current regeneration and countercurrent service systems and for special engineered systems. A large range of accessories are available to compliment or increase the standard functions of the valves.

All of the products are equipped with electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic connections for linking to external commands and do not require additional interface or modules. The use of programmable electronic controllers can allow for significant savings in both amounts of water and regenerants used as well as the correct process times and flow rates for any system type.

The operating pressure for series V132 - V360 is 1.5 - 9 bar and 0 - 6 bar for series V350F - V363F. The operating temperature for all valves is 1-40°C.
